Trädgårdsmästeriet, Märsta

Steninge Slottsby, Sigtuna

92 sustainable rental apartments in Steninge Slottsby, beside lake Mälaren and Steninge Palace.

01About the project

Along Gyllenstiernas allé in Steninge Slottsby lies Trädgårdsmästeriet with 92 sustainable, modern rental apartments of one to four rooms and 36 to 99 square metres, spread over four floors in small-scale buildings.

The buildings are certified to Miljöbyggnad Silver and have solar panels and geothermal heating. The apartments have three-strip oak parquet, ceilings of at least 2.5 metres and light walls. The attic apartments have skylights, while the others have floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a balcony or patio.

Bathrooms have tiled floors, light wall tiles, a shower screen and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchens have light, smooth fronts, a tiled splashback and modern appliances including a dishwasher, built-in oven and ceramic hob. Every apartment has a storage room inside the apartment.

Steninge Slottsby sits beside lake Mälaren and Steninge Palace, with forest walks, long-distance skating, swimming, a marina and horse riding around the corner. Stenladan offers shops and a restaurant, and Steninge brygga is the place for a drink at sunset. There is a preschool in the area and a new school for years F to 9 with a sports hall is planned for completion in 2026. Stockholm, Arlanda and Uppsala are all within reach.

The apartments are ready to move into and are advertised on HomeQ.
