Bifodret

The block comprises 211 homes, commercial premises at street level and a courtyard with a garden house. The first tenants moved in in December 2025 and the whole project is expected to be complete in early 2026.

The apartments are open, bright and airy with oak parquet and white-painted walls and ceilings. Bathrooms have white wall tiles, light grey floor tiles, a vanity unit, a glass shower screen and a towel radiator. Kitchens are by Marbodal with an induction hob, built-in oven, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. Four-room apartments have a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a shared laundry room in the building.

Most apartments have a balcony or patio. On the second floor facing the avenue there is a shared terrace, and in the courtyard a greenhouse-like garden house with bicycle storage. Tenants have access to a pool of electric, cargo and box bikes and are offered membership of an electric car pool. Parking is in the area’s central garage with charging points.

The roofs carry solar panels and the buildings are designed to meet Miljöbyggnad Silver, meaning low energy use, a healthy indoor climate and sustainable materials. Apartments are advertised on HomeQ.
