All available homes are advertised on HomeQ. You create an account there, log in with BankID and apply for the homes you are interested in. The home’s page on this site takes you straight to the advert.

Most of our homes are allocated by queue time on HomeQ, but individual projects and apartments may have their own queues or be allocated in order of application. The advert always states which rules apply.

You need to be able to pay the rent from your income, have your finances in order and no significant payment defaults. The requirements for each home are stated in the HomeQ advert, and we run a standard credit check before a lease is signed.

When the application period closes we review the applications and contact the applicant or applicants first in line. If you receive an offer you have a short time to respond, and the lease is signed digitally with BankID.

Yes, pets are welcome in our homes as long as they are cared for so that neighbours and the apartment are not affected. Note that you are responsible for any damage your pet causes.

Subletting always requires our written consent and valid grounds under the Swedish Rent Act. Contact us through the tenant app and we will help you with the application.
