We are a management company that started with a blank sheet and the question of how property management should work today. The answer was digital first, clear reporting and customer service close to the tenant.

01Our story

From an idea to management across Sweden

Sveaviken PM grew out of a simple observation: the industry ran on systems and ways of working from another era. We built management from scratch, inspired by hospitality, digital healthcare and e-commerce.

  1. 2023

    Sveaviken PM is formed

    Sveaviken Bostad spins off its management arm into a separate company, with a new management concept built on a digital ecosystem with open source at its core.

  2. 2024

    More blocks under management

    New-build blocks such as Brokvarteret in Barkarby are added, with first letting, technical management and rent administration.

  3. 2025

    Full responsibility for entire portfolios

    Sveaviken PM takes full responsibility for the technical and financial management of entire property portfolios, with the same platform and reporting for every assignment.

  4. Today

    Some twenty towns

    Rental apartments, commercial premises and parking from Helsingborg in the south to Uppsala in the north, with the head office in Stockholm.

04Sustainability

Sustainability that shows in daily operations

For us, sustainability is about everyday life in the properties: energy, journeys and buildings that last.

  • Energy monitoring

    We track energy use per property and optimise operations continuously, which lowers both costs and emissions.

  • Digital service

    When tenants get help in the app, the number of journeys to the properties falls, and with it the climate impact of transport.

  • Certified blocks

    Several of the new blocks we manage are built to Miljöbyggnad Silver or Gold, or carry the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
