01About the project

Barkarby is one of Stockholm’s new transport hubs, and beside the Bällsta river lies Brokvarteret with 409 rental apartments of one to four rooms and roughly 28 to 90 square metres. Nature, transport, schools, gyms, shops, restaurants and parks are all close by.

Brokvarteret is inspired by art deco. Facades in brick and render in natural colours give a harmonious, varied design, and on one corner stands Barkarbystaden’s new landmark, a fifteen-storey tower with views over Barkarby.

The apartments are bright and well planned with an open plan between kitchen and living room and good storage. They have oak parquet, light walls and fully tiled bathrooms with a washing machine and tumble dryer or a combined machine. Kitchens have white fronts running to the ceiling, tiled splashbacks and stainless steel appliances. Many apartments have a balcony or patio and a view.

The block is Nordic Swan certified.

Letting is under way and move-in has begun. Sveaviken PM handles letting and management, and apartments are advertised on HomeQ.
