About the apartments

The building has 431 apartments with 1 to 5 rooms, ranging from 25 to 113 sqm. The apartments have modern finishes with single-strip oak parquet, quartz countertops and fully tiled bathrooms with underfloor heating. Kitchens come with an induction hob and a fan oven, and every bathroom has a washing machine and tumble dryer, or a combined washer-dryer.

Rent discount

We offer a rent discount for your first two years. For 1–2 room apartments, the discount is 25% for the first 12 months from the start of the lease (year 1) and 15% for the following 12 months (year 2). For 3–5 room apartments, the discount is 15% for the first 12 months from the start of the lease (year 1) and 10% for the following 12 months (year 2). The standard rent is stated in each apartment listing. After 24 months from the start of the lease, the discount ends and the rent reverts to the standard level. Please note: the rent shown on HomeQ is based on the 2026 rent negotiation.

Mobile access

For added security, there are no keys to the building that can be lost. You enter the building and your apartment using digital access only, which also gives you access to the shared spaces. Just as you can pay by tapping your phone, you now open doors with Boxxy’s mobile lock system. When you move in, you will receive an invitation to become an administrator in the Boxxy app. You can then manage access yourself and share digital keys with family and friends who come to visit. After that, you simply open the door with the tap of a button. Unlocking works via Bluetooth, so no internet connection is needed. If you lose your phone, you can log in to your Boxxy account on another Bluetooth-enabled device.

Resident app

As a service to our tenants, we offer a resident app that makes everyday life easier and adds a little extra to your home. In the app you receive important information from us, report faults through our digital service request system, and get an overview of your rent invoices with the option to pay them easily. You will also find documentation about your home, manuals and care instructions, a social community, and local offers and home subscriptions. In short, you can handle everything related to your home in the app.
