01About the project

In the heart of Barkarbystaden lies Kvarter Silhuetten, a new urban block with 206 rental apartments of one to four rooms and 13 two-storey live-work units with room for a studio, workshop or shop at street level.

The apartments make smart use of space and feature clean-lined materials, large windows and single-strip parquet with underfloor heating throughout. Kitchens have smooth beige fronts, and bathrooms have fully tiled white walls and light grey floor tiles.

The green courtyard has room for barbecues, picnics and play, and the block has a shared roof terrace for dinners in the evening sun. The garage has 50 spaces, some with electric vehicle charging.
