01About the project

Kvarter Segerdal is taking shape in the centre of Knivsta, right next to the town hall and the railway station. It offers Nordic Swan certified rental homes of one to four rooms with well-planned, open layouts and plenty of daylight.

The block becomes the new heart of Knivsta, linking the new Sågverkstorget square with the older, smaller-scale centre. Besides homes it holds squares, pedestrian streets, green routes and small places to sit down.

The apartments come in two design concepts, one darker and one lighter. Kitchens are by Vedum, in misty green or warm beige, and are fitted with a dishwasher, oven and induction hob. All appliances are stainless steel. Larger bathrooms have a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, smaller ones a combined machine.

Apartments facing the courtyard have a French balcony; the others have a balcony or a ground-floor patio.

The train between Stockholm and Uppsala stops in the centre of Knivsta. The journey to Stockholm Central takes 29 minutes and to Uppsala ten minutes. Knivsta has grocery stores, preschools and schools, sports halls, a swimming pool, lit running trails and the bathing spot at lake Valloxen. Apartments are advertised on HomeQ, with a separate queue per apartment.
