01About the project

Kvarter Nova in Handen offers modern apartments of one to four rooms in a scenic area next to the Rudan recreation area and nature reserve. Haninge centrum and the commuter train are a short distance away, and the archipelago is close.

Around the building there are large lawns, playgrounds, an outdoor gym and bathing spots. In winter there are prepared ski tracks, and a skating rink is ploughed on Övre Rudasjön. A short bike ride away is Haninge centrum with shops, restaurants and services.

The apartments have good-quality materials. Kitchens are modern with a microwave, dishwasher and generous worktop space. Bathrooms are fully tiled and fitted with a combined washer-dryer. Two shared laundry rooms are also available in the building.

From the Tuvvägen bus stop, a short walk away, buses run directly to Haninge centrum, Vega station and Gullmarsplan. Handen commuter rail station is ten minutes away on foot, and from there central Stockholm is just under half an hour.
