01About the project
Lilla Ängen is part of Kista Äng, a brand-new district in northern Kista. The blocks comprise 224 apartments of one to four rooms, close to services, transport links and Kista’s large IT cluster.
The apartments are finished in a modern style. Kitchens have white appliances and every bathroom has a washing machine and tumble dryer or a combined machine. All apartments have storage inside or outside the apartment. Beneath the building is a garage with 260 parking spaces.
Kista Äng is being built in stages with around 1,600 homes in total, split between rental apartments, owner-occupied apartments and student housing. A school for around 900 pupils from preschool class to year 9 and several preschools are being built in the area, close to the central square and the city park.
