01About the project

Kvarter Ekologen sits by lake Trummen in Växjö, with nature around the corner and the city centre seven minutes away. The apartments of two to four rooms and 50 to 104 square metres are newly built, spacious and constructed in timber.

On Anna Koskulls gata and Sjöbågen you will find apartments with plenty of daylight and an open plan between kitchen and living room. Kitchens have a dishwasher and Cylinda appliances. Bathrooms have underfloor heating and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Every apartment has a storage room or walk-in closet and a balcony or patio.

At the entrance to the block you are met by a leafy courtyard with room for play and socialising. The building is constructed in timber and certified to Miljöbyggnad Silver.

A grocery store, gym, florist and pharmacy are within walking distance, as are playgrounds, preschools and schools. Public transport takes you to central Växjö in seven minutes.
