SEB Asset Management has appointed Sveaviken PM as manager of the property fund SEB Domestica V. Sveaviken PM now takes overall responsibility for the technical and financial management of the properties in the fund.

With the new assignment, Sveaviken PM strengthens its position as a fast-growing player specialising in full-service management for institutional property owners such as funds and developers.
Sveaviken PM already manages parts of SEB Asset Management’s Domestica funds II, IV and V. Being entrusted with all of Domestica V confirms that the management to date has delivered good results for the fund.
The collaboration begins in the second quarter of 2025 and covers SEB Domestica V’s entire current property portfolio as well as two projects under development in Uppsala and Veddesta.
