Sveaviken PM has been entrusted with managing Magnolia Bostad and Slättö’s Brokvarteret project in Barkarby, Järfälla. With a total lettable area of just over 18,000 square metres, comprising 409 rental apartments, 10 commercial units and a garage with 78 spaces, Brokvarteret is a fine addition to Sveaviken PM’s continued growth.
Sveaviken PM will deliver management services including first-time letting, technical management including energy optimisation and caretaking, letting and rent administration. Letting begins during 2024.
Brokvarteret, inspired by art deco architecture, will offer tenants a unique living experience. Facades in brick and render in natural colours create a varied and beautiful design. A 15-storey landmark on one corner of the block will also offer superb views over the city.
