We are proud to present our new website, which marks a new era in property management. In the autumn of 2023 we began the work of creating an independent management company out of Sveaviken Bostad, and at the same time set out to renew our website. The goal is a website that not only informs but also engages and inspires.
Our ambition was to create something entirely new, and we chose to work with the web agency Webbson to realise our vision. At the first meeting we shared our needs and expectations for a website that reflects not only our business but also our future.
During that first meeting the agency listened to our thoughts and expectations for the new site. Their questions helped us articulate what we needed, and together we put together a moodboard to guide how the design would take shape.
Our new website represents a new era in property management. We have tried to distance ourselves from traditional management companies and instead taken inspiration from innovative companies with fresh ways of packaging their services. The design reflects our values: modernity and playfulness combined with digital solutions to create a sense of ease.
The website takes the visitor on a journey and creates an interesting, engaging experience. We are convinced that it will not only inform our visitors but also inspire them to embrace the future we are shaping in the property industry. The new era of property management is here.
